El Sentido Del Mar - The Sense of the Sea

My relation with art

My whole life I had lived in an artist environment, paintings, music, books, poems, theater, cinema, my family, friends and work, Since I was a kid I draw and paint. I had work with wood, stone, pottery, paper, leather. Now I do paint, draw, installation, assemblage, video, write, happening and performance.

Art is my philosophy of life,
I feel wishes to create in my blood and skin.
Everything inside me burns,
discovering that art is sensations, passion, scream, laugh, peace, fear......

I switch from painting images closer to the reality, to impressionism, expressionism, abstractions and now involved with conceptual and contemporary Art.

I want to cry about the environment situation, I want to show my angry about the division of the world. I think there are no frontiers, we must behave as an only one human been. I want to "writeu201D; about the peace covering all my ideas and manifestations.

The sense of the sea

Since I was a Kid I had been strongly attached to the ocean, finding that it is the gorgeous magnificent view written by God. I had found that everything related it, makes me feel peaceful, at day or night time: the air, the sand, the sky. the sun, the moon, the stars, the horizon: Been in front of the ocean is the best moment to be with myself. I had found in my way a lot of people thinking and feeling as me.

As a result I develop as a peace concept "El sentido del mar " (The sea and it's meaning) . It induce each assistant when walk around the exhibit to meditate and relax, to feel tranquility, peace, cleanness. They can sit and hear the sound of the water in movement or the sound of the music, touch the water, read the poems. In some way he feel is purified.

All the senses increase and consolidate in real sensations, multiplying to the maximum when in silent the visitors walk through the exhibit.
